Dr. Cynthia Puente attended Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and completed her clinical training at Louisiana State University Veterinary Teaching Hospital. Dr. Puente has experience in small animal general practice, urgent care, and emergency medicine.
Special Interests: Urgent Care and Emergency Medicine, Dermatology, Preventive and Integrative Medicine, Client Education.
Personal: Dr. Puente was born and raised in Houston, TX. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, and traveling with her special needs dog Rosie!

Chelsey
Veterinary Technician
Growing up in Houston, Texas, Chelsey knew from a young age she always wanted to have a career in veterinary medicine. She began her career as an assistant in general practice in 2012 and further developed her skills in emergency and critical care. She is currently attending PennFoster’s online degree program to become a licensed veterinary technician with plans to graduate in 2025.
Her hobbies include reading, watching true crime documentaries, and spending time with her fur baby, Riley George.
